NanaKnots（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリおよび本ウェブサイト（nanaknots.com）をご利用いただく際の基本的なルールです。 These are the basic rules for using the apps provided by NanaKnots (the "Operator") and this website (nanaknots.com).

1. 本規約の適用1. Scope

本規約は、運営者が提供するアプリおよび本ウェブサイト（以下あわせて「本サービス」）に適用されます。本サービスをご利用いただいた時点で、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。運営者が別のドメインで提供するサービスには、そのサービスの規約が適用されます。 These terms apply to the apps provided by the Operator and to this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Services the Operator provides on other domains are governed by their own terms.

2. アプリについて2. About the app

Splitcover（ジャケガオ）は、選んだ写真を顔の位置で割り、画素を並べ替えた1枚の正方形画像に変える iOS アプリです。写真の処理はすべて端末の中で行われ、写真が端末の外へ出ることはありません（プライバシーポリシー 第1節）。 Splitcover is an iOS app that splits the photo you choose at the position of a face and turns it into a single square image with its pixels rearranged. All photo processing happens on your device; your photos never leave it (see Section 1 of the Privacy Policy).

3. 有料機能3. Paid features

写真を加工して保存するという中核の機能は、無料でご利用いただけます。有料機能「Pro」は、質感のうち「低解像度」「走査線」と、飾る型のうち「上へ吸う」「彩度でほどく」「斜めに砕く」「光を伸ばす」を解放するもので、一度お支払いいただく買い切りです。期間の定めのある購読ではなく、自動更新もありません。顔を隠す機能は、すべて無料でご利用いただけます。 The core of the app — processing a photo and saving the result — is free to use. The paid feature, "Pro", unlocks the Lo-Fi and Scanline finishes plus the Draw Up, Unravel Chroma, Shatter and Stretch Light effects, and is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Every face-melting effect is free.

価格および税は、App Store の販売ページに表示されるものが適用されます。購入・支払い・返金は Apple が定める手続きによります。運営者が購入の取り消しや返金を直接行うことはできません。 The price and tax shown on the App Store product page apply. Purchase, payment and refunds follow the procedures defined by Apple. The Operator cannot directly cancel a purchase or issue a refund.

同じ Apple アカウントで購入済みの場合は、アプリ内の「購入を復元」から購入を復元できます。 If you have already purchased with the same Apple Account, you can restore the purchase from "Restore Purchases" within the app.

無料でご利用いただける機能として提供したものを、後から有料に変更することはありません。 Features offered as free will not later be moved behind the paid feature.

4. 写真と利用者の責任4. Your photos and your responsibility

加工する写真について、加工・保存・公開に必要な権利（著作権のほか、写っている方の肖像権・パブリシティ権を含みます）を利用者ご自身が有していることをご確認ください。 Please make sure that you hold the rights needed to process, save and publish the photo you use — copyright, and also the portrait and publicity rights of the people shown in it.

「隠す」機能は顔を判別しにくくするものであり、匿名化ではありません。輪郭・髪型・服装・背景などは残ります。人物が特定されることを避けたい場合に、この機能だけを頼りにしないでください。 The "Melt" feature makes a face hard to make out; it is not anonymization. Outline, hairstyle, clothing and background remain. Do not rely on this feature alone when you need to prevent a person from being identified.

作った画像の権利は利用者に帰属します。写真が端末の外へ出ない以上、運営者が利用者の写真や作った画像を取得・利用することはありません。 Rights in the images you create belong to you. Because photos never leave your device, the Operator never obtains or uses your photos or the images you create.

5. 禁止事項5. Prohibited conduct

• 法令や第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 他人を誹謗中傷し、名誉や信用を害する目的で加工した画像を作成・公開する行為
• 本サービスの解析・改変、または不正な手段により有料機能を利用する行為
• 本サービスが運営者以外の者の公式なものであると誤認させる行為

• Acts that violate laws or infringe the rights of third parties
• Creating or publishing processed images for the purpose of defaming or harming the reputation of another person
• Analyzing or modifying the Service, or using the paid features by illegitimate means
• Acts that make the Service appear to be officially provided by someone other than the Operator

6. 免責6. Disclaimer

運営者は、本サービスが中断なく利用できること、およびすべての写真で意図したとおりの結果になることを保証しません。顔の自動検出は、写真によっては外れることがあります。 The Operator does not warrant that the Service will be available without interruption, or that every photo will produce the result you intended. Automatic face detection can miss, depending on the photo.

運営者の軽過失により利用者に損害が生じた場合、運営者は通常生ずべき直接の損害の範囲で責任を負います。運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合は、この限りではありません。 Where the Operator's slight negligence causes you loss, the Operator is liable to the extent of ordinary direct damages. This limitation does not apply where the loss is caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.

元の写真および作った画像の保管は、利用者ご自身の責任で行ってください。運営者は画像を保持していないため、失われた画像を復元することはできません。 Keeping your original photos and the images you create is your own responsibility. Because the Operator holds no copy of them, lost images cannot be recovered.

7. 変更・終了7. Changes and termination

運営者は、必要に応じて本サービスまたは本規約を変更・中断・終了することができます。重要な変更は、このページまたはアプリ上でお知らせします。 The Operator may change, suspend or terminate the Service or these terms as necessary. Material changes will be announced on this page or within the app.
