NanaKnots（以下「運営者」）が運営する本ウェブサイト（nanaknots.com、以下「本サイト」）で、どの情報を取り扱い、何に使うかを説明します。運営者が提供するアプリやサービスには、それぞれのポリシーが適用されます（4.1 Media には fourone.media のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます）。 This policy explains what information is handled, and for what purpose, on this website (nanaknots.com, the "Site"), operated by NanaKnots (the "Operator"). Apps and services provided by the Operator are governed by their own policies (4.1 Media is governed by the fourone.media Privacy Policy).

1. 取り扱う情報1. Information handled

本サイトの配信には米国の Cloudflare を利用しており、提供・セキュリティ・障害対応のため、IPアドレス、ブラウザ・OS・端末の種別、アクセス日時、閲覧ページ、参照元URL、おおまかな地域が記録されます。 The Site is served by Cloudflare (United States). For service delivery, security and incident response, the following are recorded: IP address, browser / OS / device type, access date and time, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate region.

文字の表示に米国の Google が提供する Google Fonts を利用しています。ページを開くと、フォントを取得するためにブラウザから Google のサーバーへ接続し、IPアドレスやブラウザの種別が送られます。 The Site uses Google Fonts, provided by Google (United States), to display text. When you open a page, your browser connects to Google's servers to fetch the fonts, which sends your IP address and browser type.

表示言語の選択（日本語／英語）はブラウザのローカルストレージに保存され、運営者のサーバーへ送信されません。 Your display language choice (Japanese / English) is stored in your browser's local storage and is not sent to the Operator's servers.

無料ツール「なりすまし文字チェック」（/tools/cyrillic）に貼った文章や、スマホの共有ボタンから渡した文章は、お使いの端末のブラウザの中だけで調べます。文章や判定の結果を運営者のサーバーへ送信したり保存したりすることはなく、ほかのページの本文、フォーム、パスワードを読み取ることもありません。共有ボタンから開いた場合、文章はアドレスの「#」より後ろに入れて渡します。この部分はサーバーへ送られません。ページは読み取った後にアドレスからこの部分を消しますが、開いた時点のアドレスがブラウザの履歴に残ることがあります。Android でホーム画面に追加して共有する場合は、端末の中で動く仕組み（Service Worker）が文章を受け取ります。この仕組みが動いていないときに限り、共有した文章が配信事業者のサーバーを経由し、上記のアクセスの記録に含まれることがあります（運営者は保存しません）。 Text you paste into the free tool "Spoofed Letter Check" (/tools/cyrillic), or pass to it from your phone's share button, is checked only inside your device's browser. Neither the text nor the result is sent to or stored on the Operator's servers, and the tool does not read the content, forms, or passwords of any other page. When opened from the share button, the text is passed after the "#" in the address, a part that is not sent to servers. The page removes that part from the address after reading it, but the address at the moment of opening may remain in your browser history. When you share on Android after adding the page to your home screen, a mechanism running on your device (a Service Worker) receives the text. Only if that mechanism is not running does the shared text pass through the hosting provider's servers, in which case it may be included in the access records described above (the Operator does not store it).

お問い合わせフォームに入力された氏名、会社・組織名、メールアドレス、ご相談内容は、メール送信サービス Resend（米国）を通じて運営者宛てのメールとして届けるためだけに使います。本サイトのデータベースには保存しません。Resend には送信記録が一定期間残ります。また、ボットによる送信を防ぐため、Cloudflare の Turnstile がブラウザの情報をもとに人による操作かどうかを判定します。 The name, company or organization, email address, and message you enter in the contact form are used only to deliver them to the Operator as an email through Resend (United States), an email delivery service. They are not stored in any database of the Site. Resend retains delivery records for a limited period. To prevent automated submissions, Cloudflare Turnstile uses information from your browser to check that the form is being used by a person.

運営者は、法令上認められる場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ提供しません。本サイトの配信には米国の Cloudflare を、フォントの配信には米国の Google を、お問い合わせフォームのメール送信には米国の Resend を利用しており、これらの情報が日本国外で取り扱われます。 Except where permitted by law, the Operator does not provide personal information to third parties. Cloudflare (United States) is used to serve the Site, Google (United States) to serve fonts, and Resend (United States) to send contact form messages, so that information is handled outside Japan.

4. 請求・お問い合わせ4. Requests and contact

ご本人は、自己の個人情報について開示、訂正、削除、利用停止を求めることができます。個人情報に関する請求・苦情の申出先は [email protected] です。運営者は、アクセス制限とHTTPS通信などの合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。第3節のとおり米国で取り扱われる情報については、同国の個人情報の保護に関する制度を把握したうえで措置を講じます。 You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of your own personal information. Requests and complaints regarding personal information should be sent to [email protected]. The Operator applies reasonable security measures, including access restrictions and HTTPS. For the information handled in the United States as described in Section 3, the Operator has reviewed that country's personal information protection regime and takes measures accordingly.

運営者の氏名および住所は、[email protected] へご請求いただければ遅滞なくお答えします。 The Operator's name and address will be disclosed without delay upon request to [email protected].
